The bedroom is separated from the living room by a glass wall and can also be visually separated by white curtains. The open design and large cut give this dwelling something unique. Housing The main room is flooded with natural light with a south orientation and a continuous window façade. It can be opened halfway into the garden, which conveys a sense of space in all seasons. The 120 square meter evergreen garden is also neglected. The open kitchen, which is kept in black, was specially created for this loft in 2018. Behind the kitchen there is a walk-in closet at the front. Another door in the kitchen block leads to a separate toilet. There are many built-in wardrobes. One person can sleep on the sofa. In the living room, in addition to the large dining table, there is also a beautiful wooden table that can be used as a home office. The bedroom is slightly raised and separated from the main room by a soundproof glass wall. The bed is a comfortable spring mattress 2x2 m. In the same room there is a bathroom that was open. It is equipped with a continuous mirror, a sink, a heated towel rail and an open bathtub with a steel frame. In addition, there is a basement with an additional room and shower, toilet and laundry room. Please note: the basement bedroom is a basement room and has a great spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and wardrobes, but no window! The ground floor can be reached directly from the loft via a staircase. Please note: Currently the garden door lock is broken. However, you do not need to worry about your safety as the garden can only be entered through an intermediate door that cannot be opened from the outside. Therefore, I do not recommend booking for 3 adults who need three separate rooms. The bedroom is equipped with a glass wall including a glass door separated from the living room, white curtains may be preferred for privacy screens. The basement room is a separate room without a window. The garden is almost inattentive to its neighbors. The garden has white sheer curtains but no blinds. There are 3 options for parking: 1. On the street in front of the house. Please note that you need to purchase a ticket. It is 2 €/hour from 9:00 to 23:00. 2. In the public parking lot at the beginning of Marshallstrasse. This is 22 € per day. 3. In a public garage on Okkamstrasse nearby. It's about 30 €/24 hours.
