In addition to a spacious lobby with seating areas, there is a communal garden and, of course, free Wi-Fi throughout the building. The house was built in 2024, the quality of construction is high, and it leaves nothing to be desired! Housing The aparthotel was built in 2024 and has all the useful amenities you want on a trip. The apartments are well equipped with high quality amenities including: - Floors made of natural parquet. - Rain shower at floor level. - Designer of fully equipped kitchens and kitchen furniture - Comfortable new beds and sofa beds. - Bright rooms that can also be darkened with roller blinds or curtains. - Warm floor and ventilation in the room - On request, underground parking spaces under the building are available (for a fee). You live like you are in your own apartment, and of course you can also easily cook in the fully equipped kitchen. For families, there are cots and high chairs that can be reserved in advance. Fresh linens, towels, shampoo and soap are provided, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. You can take an elevator from the underground garage to the apartment. What is available to the guest After booking, we will need your email address, which you can send to us via Airbnb messenger. You will then receive an email confirming your booking and the opportunity to complete a registration form. We need this so that you can check in without any problems. Additionally, we are required by law to request a registration form from each guest. Access to housing: You enter the lobby through a separate building entrance (sliding door). From there you can access your apartment by elevator or stairs. Apartment numbers are indicated both in the elevator and on each floor. You can open the doors using your mobile phone (app) or hotel key card. 1. Digital check-in via mobile phone: At 15:00 on the day of your arrival, we will send you an email inviting you to take advantage of the digital check-in option. After completing this procedure, you can open the front door and the door of your apartment using your mobile phone in the "Open Door" tab in the digital guest folder. 2. Self-check-in at the guest terminal: We have a tablet in our lobby that you can also use to check-in and get your room card. To do this, follow the instructions on your tablet. Please remember to leave your room card in your room when you check out, as it is the property of our apartments. If you need help with access, you can contact us via Airbnb messenger or by phone.
