I have a list of fun activities for you to do and I also have 2 bikes available for you around town! Housing The entire apartment is at your DISPOSAL! The apartment is located in Schwabing/Maxvorstadt (3 metro stops from the main station). Schwabing is a famous area with fantastic restaurants, bars and clubs. But my apartment is located on a very quiet one-way street with peaceful neighbors! You'll get a good night's sleep! It is located on the second floor, just 22 steps away! All bedrooms have blinds that can be completely closed for darkness! ------------------------------- Beds and bedrooms! IF YOU ARE ARRIVING ALONE OR IN A COUPLE: You have a basic master bedroom with a 180cm x 200cm bed (sleeps two people comfortably). If YOU DO NOT want to share a bed (business partner, friend, ETC.): You will have a master bedroom, + extra bed in another room with a bed size 140x200 (comfortable for one) IF THERE ARE THREE, one couple and a friend: Main master bedroom + extra bed in another room! IF THERE ARE 4: Main master bedroom + extra bed in another room + comfortable pull-out sofa bed in living room (140x200). -------------------------------- Josephsplatz metro station is a 4-minute walk away and takes you anywhere in Munich! Two excellent supermarkets are within walking distance. You'll have a great time. I'm sure of it! What is available to the guest The key will be given to you within walking distance from the apartment. The key will open the main door of the house and the door of the apartment. You will have access to the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. If there are two of you but don't want to share a bed together, you have access to the second bedroom to sleep in separate beds. Also, if there are more than 2 guests, an additional bedroom will be open for you!
