The entire apartment is for rent. The apartment is located approximately 50–55 minutes walk from Oktyabrsky Prospekt. It is still in private use, but is being sublet for Oktoberfest before renovations. The sleeping accommodations will be 3 single mattresses, 1 large sofa and a double bed + single bed. Please remember this is a small apartment. The separate living room doubles as a bedroom so 2 bedrooms are listed.
