Cozy, modern apartment located in the heart of Hannover! There is a parking space behind the house. The apartment is located in the center of Hannover, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station. It has two bedrooms with 1 single and 1 double bed each. There are two more single beds in the living room, as well as a TV with sofa and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a bath, large open shower and washing machine. Arrival is available in a safe with key. Housing Each bedroom has one single and one double bed, as well as a wardrobe or chest of drawers for your clothes. The living room has cable TV and a DVD player, as well as a large dining table and desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and crockery, dishwasher with inserts, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Usually coffee pads and tea are also available, at least for the first days of your stay. The bathroom has a bathtub and a large open shower :) A parking space is available for our guests behind the building. What is available to the guest The entire apartment is at your disposal. There is a parking space behind the building. Important information Depending on the current booking situation, early check-in (before 17:00) and late check-out (after 11:00) may be available for an additional fee of EUR 20.00. If you are interested in this, please contact us and we will try to make this possible depending on your individual situation. Traveling with a child? A baby cot and high chair are available for an additional cost of EUR 5.00 per booking. From 1 January 2024, an additional accommodation tax will be levied in Hannover. Therefore we will need information for all arriving guests (full name, date of birth, address).
