The main train station can be reached in just 10 minutes without transfers. Nearby you will find everything you need: supermarkets, small shops, cafes, bars, parks and the lively Schanzenviertel district. Heiko and Kim Housing Our apartment is located in the courtyard, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. We really appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and greenery right outside our door. Once you leave the courtyard you will find cafes, supermarkets and everything you need just 2 minutes away. What is available to the guest Bedroom with a truly spacious King size bed (2 x 2 m). Small balcony where you can have breakfast in the sun. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a small bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen that can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and portafilter espresso machine for excellent coffee. The apartment also has a TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services. In addition, our dressing room has a desk, ideal if you need a quiet place to work. Important information We have recently renovated the apartment with a lot of care, time and love and ask that you treat everything with respect. Please leave your shoes by the door to avoid damaging the newly refinished wood floors.
