1. Check-in from 15:00, check-out no later than 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability. Guests who remain beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleaning are responsible for associated costs and expenses. 2. Guests cannot book C-Level Studios at their accommodation. Please contact us if you would like to book accommodation where you live. 3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies, terraces or in common areas (such as hallways). Violation of the smoking ban will result in a fine of EUR 250 plus special cleaning and repair costs. 4. Commercial photography/video filming without written permission, as well as illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 5. Guests whose number exceeds the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €50 per unauthorized guest per booking night. 6. Pets are allowed only if this is expressly stated in the apartment description. Violations of our pet policies may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to arrival. 7. Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes. 8. Apartments may have noise measurement systems installed to control excessive volume. Video surveillance may be installed in common areas. 9. Guests are solely responsible for any damage or loss caused to the premises and equipment. Guests must report any damage to our customer service team. 10. Booking implies agreement to comply with the internal rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules will be responsible for all resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply with the rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
