Our modern furnished apartment is located in the center of the nature village of Lauenbrück. The spacious apartment (approx. 90 sq.m.) impresses with a private roof terrace of approximately 40 sq.m. m with views of the countryside. The roof terrace invites you to linger all day in sunny and shaded areas. The apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace and a shower room, ideal for couples, families and small groups (2-4 people). What is available to the guest The apartment is used exclusively by guests, has a separate entrance and offers a free covered parking space with 230V charging capability. Important information Washer/dryer: If you would like to use the washer or dryer please let me know. I'll show you the entrance. Use is possible for a fee (details will be discussed in advance). Linen Package: Towels and bed linen are included in the price. A laundry fee of EUR 15 is already included in the cleaning fee.
