The apartment is modern, spacious and can accommodate up to four people on two floors. Housing Ber Airport can be reached by car in approximately 15 minutes. You can also take the Berlin S-Bahn or the airport bus. After consultation, we can pick you up or drive you from the airport. Berlin city center and numerous attractions can be easily reached by S-Bahn. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from Zeuthen metro station and in close proximity to Dachme and Lake Zeuthen. Just a two-minute walk away is Fontaneplatz with public access to the water. From there, for example, you can explore the waters of Berlin on a stand-up paddleboard. Villau also has direct access to the A10 motorway. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four people over two floors and is tastefully furnished. The lower level has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Due to the stairs to the bedroom, the apartment is not suitable for small children (risk of falling), children over 10 years old are welcome. Unfortunately, parties are not allowed. Important note for those with severe cat allergies! In the house there are 2 expensive cats living in the apartment downstairs, sometimes books are also available for research :-).
