Housing Welcome to our spacious and cozy 135 m² upstairs apartment in the charming village of Scharnebeck, Germany. This bright accommodation is ideal for families, couples or small groups and sleeps up to 6 guests. The apartment has two cozy bedrooms - one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed - a living room with a double daybed and an open foyer. The apartment is entered through a separate entrance that leads up a staircase to a spacious foyer. For added security, there is a gate at the top of the stairs, ideal for guests with children. The apartment is completely separate from our downstairs residence where we live with our two Australian Shepherds. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining, from a Thermomix and Senseo coffee machine to kitchenware. The dining area seats six, and the living room has a comfortable sofa, two additional chairs and a TV for relaxing evenings. The apartment also has two spacious bathrooms. One has a shower, bath and bidet, and the other has a shower and washing machine for your convenience. The front yard is also accessible to guests and includes a small table with chairs - perfect for enjoying coffee or relaxing outdoors. What is available to the guest The upstairs apartment is accessed through a separate entrance, providing complete privacy. There are several private parking spaces available on the street.
