Hello and welcome! In my large apartment, located just 2 minutes' walk from Lichtenberg station, two bright, modernly furnished rooms await you. From here you can easily reach the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Alexanderplatz is just 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Friedrichstrasse, the main train station and many attractions are also right along the route. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are nearby - ideal for a comfortable and easy exploration of Berlin. Housing The apartment is bright, spacious and modernly furnished. Both rooms have a double bed, TV and wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating. The bathroom has everything you need for everyday use. Practical household items such as cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner and other useful essentials are also available. If you need anything else, just let me know. What is available to the guest There are two double rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, exactly as shown in the photographs. There will be no other guests in the apartment during your stay, and I will not be there either. This way you will have a place to yourself and enjoy complete privacy, like in an entire apartment. Important information When you arrive, the beds will be freshly made and prepared with care - as you can see in the photographs. You will be provided with fresh linens, one small and one large pillow, as well as clean hand and bath towels. Good quality mattresses and bedding, mostly from Ikea. The apartment is non-smoking and no pets live here.
