The apartment is located in the very center. It is located on the 4th floor, so it is very bright and spacious. Housing I love my apartment and have put a lot of effort into it, so I hope you will love it too and treat it with respect. I usually live in an apartment by myself with a guest room or sometimes with a neighbor. To see reviews, check out my other listing. When I'm out of town, I rent out the entire apartment, but still my private bedroom is not included. Although you can take advantage of the beautiful living/working/dining area and the south facing balcony which provides stunning views and is sunny most of the day (depending on the weather of course ;)). What is available to the guest It features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a single bed. There is also a large kitchen with a table for four people and 2 bathrooms - small and large. There is also a third bedroom that will be locked as it is my private bedroom and its use is NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING. I only rent out 2 rooms when I'm out of town, so of course you'll be alone in the apartment.
