Housing Welcome to our bright and spacious 90 m2 apartment in the very center of Mitte! Our apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area, high-speed Internet and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, refrigerator, additional freezer, induction hob and oven, all kinds of equipment and kitchen utensils and even a dishwasher for your convenience. The apartment has two bedrooms: master bedroom 1 with a very comfortable 180x200cm king size bed, wardrobe with hangers and two bedside tables with bedside lamps, and bedroom 2 with two very comfortable 90x200cm single beds, a desk, and two bedside lamps. In the living room you can relax on the sofa and two armchairs while watching TV or have breakfast or dinner on the balcony with table and chairs. Towels, bed linen etc are included in the price and washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board etc are available for your use. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartments and quiet hours are required from 22:00 to 8:00 every day, all days on Sundays and public holidays. Violation of these rules may result in a fine of 500 euros. For your convenience, we have included some frequently asked questions. We live in the same building complex and are always ready to help with any questions. Check-in time is after 16:00 and guests must inform us of their arrival time. Early baggage drop-off is possible after 11:30. Late check-out is possible if no other registration is available, please inquire further if you need it. You can leave your luggage until 15:00, for this it must be packed before 10:00 and can be stored in our apartment.
